The RSLPF’s Officer in charge of territorial policing has commanded a homeowner for not resorting to use of force in detaining a teen burglar. A video taken by the La Clery man after catching the boy rummaging through one of his rooms, went viral on social media and instant messaging platforms. But the debate has also been sparked: was the burglary victim in the right for publishing images of the teen?
