A local clergyman has called on the police to restore the public confidence in them. Reverend Seth Ampadu of the Methodist Church stated that the police needs to be visible in communities specifically as the festive season is approaching. He has also called on the government to provide the police with the necessary crime fighting tools to curtail the spate of gun violence on the island.
