Outgoing Archbishop Robert Rivas has called on Parliamentarians to “set the example” during house sittings. Archbishop Rivas summoned the call after members of the ruling side of the Lower House were castigated by the Opposition for perceived bad behaviour during the February 1st Sitting of Parliament.
