The anniversary of the Death of Kimberly De Leon has prompted further questions on the status of investigations into homicides which have apparently gone cold. In 2019 the 42 year old was shot and killed at her Morne Fortune residence on October 29th, Three years later, the case of De Leon’s killing remains unsolved. According to one social Justice Activist, the case of Kimberly De Leon forms one of hundreds requiring answers.
