A hat trick from a Saint Lucian footballer in Finland

Turning now to football, Saint Lucia’s Malik St Prix was on target not once not twice but 3 times on Wednesday for his club in Finland.

The man they call Showtime scored a first-half hat-trick as PEPO Edustus mbeat MiPK by a massive margin of ELEVEN goals to nil! 

By the break, PEPO was EIGHT goals to the god.

The Lappeenranta team now increase their winning streak to six matches and they are second in the table, with promotion well in their sights.

National swimmers are in training for the Junior Pan Am Championships in November

National Swimming Team Training has began at the Rodney Heights Aquatic Center.

The team is preparing for the Junior Panam Championship from November 26th to the 30th in Cali Columbia. 

Qualifying for the team are Jayhan Odlum Smith, Naima Hazel, D’Andre Blanchard and Mikaili Chalemagne. 

Charlemagne, who competed at the Olympics in Tokyo Japana last month, is currently training at Springfield College in the United States.

The three locally based swimmers are being put through their paces by Richard Peterkin.
